Alexander began his real estate career in 2010 working for a prominent real estate development company during his undergraduate studies. In 2013, he graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He became a licensed real estate salesperson and began working in real estate valuations that same year. After having completed his Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2015 and the Appraisal Institute of Canada's Applied Experience Program in 2018, he earned his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute designation. Alexander has more than 10 years of direct appraisal experience and is qualified to appraise both residential and commercial properties. Driven by his lifelong passion for real estate and motivated to provide a higher level of customer service to the public, he incorporated RealWorth Appraisals in 2022.
Ewelina Marchese is a graduate of Carleton University for Architecture and has studied real estate appraisal at the University of British Columbia. She is a dedicated associate with a diverse level of education and experience in real estate appraisals, architecture, interior design, and business. Ewelina's areas of expertise have entitled her to use this knowledge and experience towards every appraisal no matter how big or small. Her artistic eye could see the beauty of a home beyond the surface and highlight the unique characteristics of each property. Ewelina is determined to produce the highest level of accuracy in every appraisal report.
