
Alexander began his real estate career in 2010, working for a prominent real estate development company while completing his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree. That same year, he became a licensed real estate salesperson and started performing real estate valuations. After completing his Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia in 2015 and the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s Applied Experience Program in 2018, he earned his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation. With over 10 years of direct appraisal experience, Alexander is qualified to appraise both residential and commercial properties. Driven by his lifelong passion for real estate and a commitment to exceptional customer service, he incorporated RealWorth Appraisals in 2022.

Ewelina Marchese graduated from Carleton University with a degree in Architecture and has studied real estate appraisal at the University of British Columbia. As a dedicated associate, she brings diverse expertise in real estate appraisals, architecture, interior design, and business. Ewelina applies this broad knowledge and experience to every appraisal, regardless of size or complexity. Her artistic eye enables her to recognize the beauty in a home beyond its surface and to emphasize each property’s unique characteristics.
